Who do you use to ship your orders?

For most of our deliveries we use Lithuanian post as "Standart" shiping method.

But you can use DHL for europe and worldwide fast shipping.

When will my order be shipped?

Where an item is in stock and ordered on a working day before 12pm, it is normally dispatched that day for delivery.

Will I receive email and text updates?

We always like to keep you up-to-date with the status of your order.

Can I have my order sent to a different address?

Yes, but we might request additional documents to verify your identity.

All products will be delivered for free!




To return a "FoxbyFox" Company product:

You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before making a return. To obtain an RMA number simply email us at and make a request an RMA number. Please be sure to let us know in your email the date of your purchase, what you would like to return and why you want to return it. The RMA number, once received, must be written in a conspicuous place on outside of the return parcel.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalised orders (All wooden toys will be made by your order)

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Due to the nature of custom printed apparel, we can not accept returns or exchanges of any items unless the merchandise is misprinted, materially flawed, or defective. In addition, please note that sizing can vary between manufacturers and styles. If you have any questions about how a garment may fit, or to purchase a sample product, please contact us

We can not be responsible for the purchase of incorrect sizes and will not be able to accept returns for this reason once the garments are custom printed.

If your items are misprinted, materially flawed, or defective in any way, please contact us at within 14 days from receipt of merchandise and we will be happy to arrange for a return, reprint, or credit. Please provide your order number with all correspondence.

Returns for exchange or store credit: must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase.

Shipping charges for products returned: All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.

To return your items:

Contact Customer Support to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please indicate if you want a replacement or a refund.

Write the RMA number written in a conspicuous place on outside of the return parcel.

Shipping address for return will be sent to you with RMA number.
